Roxanne Storlie is a mixed media fiber artist, Roxanne has always been creative. Her skills come from having to be self sufficient as a military brat and wife. Talents cover everything from house painting, hanging wallpaper, sewing clothes, interiors, landscaping, electrical and more. Over the years, her seamstress skills have been put to great use. She has been making shawls, scarves, jewelry and clothing. She also sews pillows, bedding, curtains, general interior items the list goes on and on. In addition to retail, Roxanne offers classes in Sewing, hand painted fabric, duct tape dress forms, fitting, draping with new classes being created often.

Classes

I have classes started downtown. I have begining sewing and begining serging on the calendar. I am breaking up another begining sewing class into smaller one day classes so you can take parts of it if that is all you need. Here is a list of all my classes so far.
1. Begining sewing
2. Begining serging
3. Patterns - How to read the pattern and what all the symbols mean and how to alter it
4. Buttons and Buttonholes - how to sew several kind of buttonholes and sew on several kinds of buttons
5. Pockets - how to sew at least 4 kinds of pockets
6. Seams - how to sew at least 4 different kinds of seams
7. Zippers - how to sew in at least 4 differnt kinds of zippers
8. Darts - how to sew at least 4 different kinds of darts
9. Hems - how to sew at least 4 different kinds of hems
10. How to mend jeans
11. Pillows - how to make 4 different pillows
12. Sewing machine cover and pin cushion
13. How to make a wellness bag
14. T-shirt - we are going to learn how to restyle a t-shirt
